- 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot and sweet mustard
- Black pepper or Tabasco to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 8 oz. water-packed albacore tuna
- 1 cup minced carrots
- 1/2 cup minced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup minced fresh dill or parsley
- Add the mustards, pepper, and lemon juice to the sour cream.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
