Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot and sweet mustard
  • Black pepper or Tabasco to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 8 oz. water-packed albacore tuna
  • 1 cup minced carrots
  • 1/2 cup minced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh dill or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Add the mustards, pepper, and lemon juice to the sour cream.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
