On the Go Sports Drink
This quick to make sports drink is very easy to make and works much like Gatorade! Tea can be stored in a sealed container for up to one week.
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz. prepared caffeine-free lemon tea*
- 2 oz. orange juice
- *Juice of real lemon recommended
- Dissolve sugar and salt in the hot tea.
- Blend the tea with the juice and refrigerate in your water bottle, or freeze.
- Serve chilled.
