On the Go Sports Drink

This quick to make sports drink is very easy to make and works much like Gatorade! Tea can be stored in a sealed container for up to one week.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz. prepared caffeine-free lemon tea*
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • *Juice of real lemon recommended

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar and salt in the hot tea.
  2. Cool.
  3. Blend the tea with the juice and refrigerate in your water bottle, or freeze.
  4. Serve chilled.
