Ingredients
- 3 tomatillos, diced
- 4 roman tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-4 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
