No-Fat Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 to matillos diced
  • 4 roman tomatoes diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-4 jalapeno peppers diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
