Ingredients
- 3 to matillos diced
- 4 roman tomatoes diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2-4 jalapeno peppers diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
