  • 4 roman tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-4 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
