Flaxseed Oil Dressing
Like fish oil, flax-seed oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, a type of fat your body needs as much as it needs vitamins. One serving is two tablespoons. This dressing can be stored for one or two days.
- 1/2 cup flaxseed oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives (green onions optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or medium bowl.
- Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
- Shake well before using.
