Flaxseed Oil Dressing

Like fish oil, flax-seed oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, a type of fat your body needs as much as it needs vitamins. One serving is two tablespoons. This dressing can be stored for one or two days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives (green onions optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or medium bowl.
  2. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
  3. Shake well before using.
