Chilled Vegetable Avocado Soup

Ingredients
- 1-15 oz.can spicy chili beans, undrained
- 12 oz. canned V8 vegetable juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sour cream into a large bowl.
- Mix well, cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
