Asian Roast Shrimp
Finally a recipe for shrimp lovers!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp (15-18 count) peeled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine Hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger root, soy sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Transfer to rectangular baking dish.
- Roast in a 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled. Makes 4 servings.
