Asian Roast Shrimp

Finally a recipe for shrimp lovers!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp 15-18 count peeled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Combine Hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger root, soy sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Transfer to rectangular baking dish.
  • Roast in a 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve warm or chilled. Makes 4 servings.
